October 2016 -- UNDER DEVELOPMENT IN COLORADO !!
We are proud to announce our latest project in Colorado. A stellar health system chose DHP to develop and own an off campus medical facility. The center, located approximately 40 minutes away from the main campus, will include rotating clinical space for specialists, accommodating up to 6 providers at any given time. In addition, the outpatient center will include Urgent Care and an Imaging Center with CT, MRI, Bone Density, Xray, and Mammography services. DHP will own the facility under a 12 year lease. We are excited about this project and our great client.
January 2016 -- UNDER DEVELOPMENT IN MISSISSIPPI !!
We are proud to announce our latest project in Mississippi. After assisting this exceptional client in 2006 on the development of a comprehensive Women's Center, we were called back to help pull together a comprehensive orthopedic facility. This 42,000 SF facility includes 14 orthopedic providers, physical therapy, imaging, conference space, retail and a comprehensive sports performance center. We are breaking ground soon on this exciting project. We are very thankful to be working with this excellent repeat client.

December 2015 -- AWESOME CALENDAR INVITE !!
Damian's 15 year old son, Vinny, had his 1967 Mustang chosen for the Jasper Engines 2016 calendar! Damian and Vinny had looked for a "fixer upper" but found this classic with very little need for additional work. To be selected to have your classic car in the calendar, the vehicle had to have installed a Jasper remanufactured engine or other drive train components. Jasper is a leading engine, transmission and drive train remanufacturer based in Jasper, IN.
